This DIY balloon kit contains the balloons you need to create dazzling displays for any occasion. The assorted balloons in this kit will look fabulous inflated with air and connected together into a garland.

These balloons can be filled with air using a hand pump, or helium filled. Either way it’s always important to make sure balloons are properly secured.
